EB TYPE 37
WHAT IS IT?
With our EB37 model, we are not attempting to copy a Bugatti Type 37 and pass it off as the real item. It would not be possible to come even close for the cost of our product. Some companies abroad are making very good copies of the T35 and some individuals have made very good copies of the T37. These copies alone cost in excess of £100,000, many in excess of  £200,000 and knowing the time that goes into making our Type 37 I can understand why the copies have to be priced at these figures. The big problem comes when unscrupulous people take the identity of a geniune Bugatti and put it on their copy to increase its value several fold. Recently T35's have been making over £1.5m and a T37 commanded £850,000. These were top end of the market cars with history, but you can understand why the copies are becoming 'fakes' and you can understand why the Bugatti Owners Club and it's members feel upset. Their genuine cars are potentially being devalued.  Our EB37 aims to come as close as possible to create the beauty of Ettorie T35,T37&T51 models and also enable for a fraction of the money an owner to enjoy the pleasure of vintage style motoring. To this end we have as closely as possible, within our budget  followed Bugatti's path. The alumminium  panels faithfully mirror the shape everyone adores, whilst the chassis has all the same features in the suspension and steering departments as pioneered by  the great designer himself.  Even though we have used a few modern day components (MG Midget rear axle being one) we have tried to make sure nothing is recognisable as such. There have been a number of attempts  in the past to give a flavour of a Bugatti (Teal being a good example) and whilst most owners have created a superbly crafted machine, the proportions have never been right. If you stand our car next to a Bugatti T37, from a few feet away you will struggle to spot the difference, closer than that and you will need to know your Bugatti's. On the driving front, magazine editor  Ian Hyne has driven many Bugatti replicas over the years and he thinks our EB37 is the only car to come close to giving that distinctive driving experience that you only get with well located beam axles, suspended on leaf springs, with forgiving vintage tyres.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?

So what will this pleasure cost you? Fully built by us, around £35,000 or if you want to assemble most of it yourself, you can do a great job for less than £25,000. The real bonus is that, looking at prices being asked for the top end Teal models, you should be able to turn a profit for your efforts!
You can start with a chassis package for just £7,500 and the deposit to secure this order comes in at just £3,500.

PRICE PROMISE

With both energy and raw material costs rising on a daily basis it is inevitable that our prices will have to rise in line with these but we guarantee to hold firm quoted prices when a deposit is received. We can do this by buying raw materials in advance to meet planned orders and the discounts available for bulk buying of said materials will be used to offset any energy price rises we are subject too.

WHY BUILD IT MYSELF

We all need pleasure in our lives as a reward for our hard daily work. What better way than a hobby creating something tangible that has true worth and can be enjoyed for many years to come.

WHAT CAN DO WITH IT?

Apart from just driving your EB37 on some beautiful country roads, you have a large number of classic road runs and rallies, which take place all year round in the UK and Europe. There are also many static classic car events where you can display and chat about your creation. The possibilities are endless, imagine the pleasure of driving away from a classic car race at say Goodwood on a summers evening in your EB37 or just driving down to the Pub for a car meet.

Over the next couple of months we will tell you some of the history of both Bugatti and the Type37 model and for those interested, try and bring you the flavour of some Vintage and classic car meetings.
In addition we will be competing in Classic Trials this winter with our 1930 Model A Ford Special.  Details of the build and event results will begin soon.

Firstly, once again, may I express my gratitude for your time and consideration this afternoon during our visit. The project car is indeed, a most fine and quality item. To be informed that all the scheming and scaling has been acomplished (to such a high standard) from 'photos and sketches, without the benifit of an actual model to work from, is truely amazing and a credit to your skill and workmanship...in the parlance of today....." respect.."..
